INAMS - International Association for Mission Studies
The National Association for Mission Studies (NAMS) was established in 1984 during a conference held from December 25 to 28 at Christu Sishya Ashram, Thadagam, Coimbatore. It was founded by L.L. Dr. Geevarghese Mar Osthathios Metropolitan. The 50th conference, celebrating the silver jubilee, was also held at the same venue. In 2011, NAMS was renamed the International Association for Mission Studies (INAMS).
Purpose and Activities
I-NAMS is a spiritual organisation affiliated with the Malankara Orthodox Church. Its primary mission is to support and promote mission work and studies worldwide. Members are encouraged to:

Pray regularly for mission activities.

Contribute a portion of their income (tithe) to support local and national mission efforts.
INAMS at the Parish

INAMS was established in our Church on 10th March 2019, in the presence of the then Vicar and President, Rev. Fr. Sajeev K. Varghese, along with INAMS’s National Secretary, Mr. Thomas Paul.

Monthly Meetings: Held on the 1st Sunday of every month after the Holy Qurbana.

Activities: Include distributing food packets to the needy, providing grocery kits, visiting orphanages, and more.

Leadership: The Vicar of the parish serves as the President.

Committee: An annually selected committee, led by the Secretary, manages the unit's regular activities.
